Sabah FA beat Slavia Praha 2-0 in the second matchday of the UEFA Champions League league stage at Bank Respublika Arena on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, with both sides level at the break before the home side struck twice in the second half.

The first half ended goalless, but Sabah FA broke the deadlock four minutes after the restart. K. Parris put the home side ahead on 49 minutes, giving Sabah FA the lead they would not surrender.

Slavia Praha were unable to find a response, and Sabah FA added to their tally deep into the second half. J. Mickels struck in the 88th minute to seal the points and give the home side a two-goal winning margin.

It is Sabah FA's first win of the league stage. After two matches they sit 21st in the 36-team table with three points, having recorded one win and one defeat with a goals record of 2-4. They are placed in the mid-table section of the standings.

Slavia Praha, by contrast, remain without a point after two outings. They sit 30th, having lost both of their opening matches with a goals record of 2-5. They are in the bottom third of the 36-team table, three points behind Sabah FA. Their last two results both read as defeats.
